About the Role

We're looking for a confident, compassionate communicator to join our team as a Client Success & Sales Coordinator. This role is much more than scheduling appointments — you'll be the first impression and voice of trust for new patients seeking help for sensitive issues like pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and orthopedic injuries.

Your goal: help each potential patient feel understood, supported, and ready to take the next step toward living pain-free and active again — while confidently explaining the value of investing in their health.

What You'll Do

Patient Sales & Relationship Management (the core of the role)

• Be the first point of contact for new patient inquiries — phone, email, in person

• Guide patients through intake and onboarding with empathy and professionalism

• Communicate the value and investment of our services, helping patients feel confident in their decision to choose Edge PT

• Handle common objections — price, insurance, scheduling — with confidence and care

• Follow up with past patients to encourage reactivations or continued care

• Maintain strong relationships with current patients through regular touchpoints and check-ins

Administrative & Marketing Support

• Manage the schedule and coordinate with providers for a smooth patient experience

• Handle payments, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks

• Support marketing efforts by posting pre-approved content to social media and tracking engagement

• Track conversion rates and patient retention, sharing insights during weekly team huddles

Compensation & Growth

• $20–22/hour, depending on experience

• Monthly performance bonuses based on lead conversions, retention, and reactivations

• Paid training and ongoing mentorship to build confidence in sales, communication, and patient experience

Part-time Hours: 21 hrs/week — Mon 8–3, Tue 1:30-5:30, Wed off, Thu 1:30–5:30, Fri 8–3:30

Full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

We are a dedicated, fun, family oriented, evidence based clinic that works with an active population who is motivated to get better. No insurance restrictions, 1:1 55 min sessions, treat how you want. 6-9 patients per day with alotted documentation time.

Requirements:

Doctorate degree, new grads welcome.

New PTs -at least one clinical rotation in pelvic health and level 1 course.

Experienced PTs -desire to learn and treat pelvic health.
