PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR ATHLETES AND FITNESS ATHLETES
Helping Athletes of all ages and abilities
Our goal in working with athletes is to find ways you can continue to do what you love while reducing your pain or other limitations. Train around the pain and improve your overall performance.

aka Cupping
MFD (cupping) uses negative pressure forces on suction cups to create lifting of the tissues. This creates space within the tissue layers for improved gliding and mobility. Decompression helps release tight tissues, improve trigger points, improve blood flow and nutrient exchange and create a change to the neuromuscular system which allows for temporary pain relief and improved mobility.

INJURY PREVENTION ASSESSMENT
Reduce risk for injury and improve performance
An in-depth, sport specific evaluation to assess any limitations that could affect you during your season. More comprehensive than a sports physical. Can be done with individuals or an entire team. Reduce the risk for injury and keep your athletes in the game.
