Everybody deserves to be active and enjoy being active without fear of leaking, pain, or pelvic pressure! In this class you will learn about the pelvic floor, the core and surrounding muscles, and how to manage pressure to reduce these symptoms during exercise and other activities that commonly cause these symptoms. Taught by Dr. Erica Crafts, DPT and pelvic health physical therapist of 13 years. A mom of 4 and proponent of exercising without fear or shame!
